Joslynn (Coach Jos), who had a double mastectomy at 24 years old, is the founder of Body Enroute. Having experienced sports injuries common to endurance athletes, Joslyn was looking for new directions in outdoor sports and strength-based injury prevention. And after her mastectomy, she was unable to find much guidance in the recovery process as an athlete.
Joslyn used her skillset to accelerate her own recovery, and in 2021 she became a Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES) to complement her experience working with cancer survivors and previvors.
